The meeting point for the hike will be the Nature Center and Planetarium in Rock Creek Park (https://www.nps.gov/rocr/planyourvisit/nature-center-and-planetarium.htm). The address is 5200 Glover Road, NW, Washington, DC 20015.  The hike will be about 3 miles. We plan to stop at a hidden DC treasure near the end of the hike to eat a bagged lunch/heavy snacks, so make sure to bring some food with you.
